We're located at 13, Ansari Market, right in the heart of Daryaganj. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets, especially on weekends. Our shop is small, but we have a lot of machines squeezed in. We spend our days making copies and fixing printers for people who live nearby. It’s always a bit chaotic with the paper stacks and the smell of ink. We've been in Ansari Market for a long time. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow. Most of our customers are students or office workers from around the corner. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just know where we are. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out with a cup of chai. It’s a simple business. We try to keep the prices fair because we know everyone is on a budget. My nephew helps me out in the afternoons. We see all kinds of documents every day. Daryaganj has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of it. If you need something printed or a machine looked at, just walk in. There’s no need to call ahead. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve got used to it. We just keep the machines running for everyone.
