Dams Dance Art Music Studio

Our studio is over at 1/120 on the Main Shankar Road in Rajendar Nagar. It is a bit of a mix of things happening at once. One room might have someone practicing a guitar while there is a dance class going on in the larger space. It gets loud, but that is just how a music and art place is supposed to be. We have been in this part of Rajendar Nagar for some time. The floor is a bit worn down from all the dancing, but it still holds up. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who handle the schedules and the teaching. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about times. The entrance is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find, though parking can be a real headache around here during peak hours. We have some art supplies tucked in the corners and instruments leaning against the walls. It is a working space, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the younger kids’ art sessions because things tend to get messy with paint and markers. The curtains are a bit dusty, but they do the job of blocking the sun in the afternoons. It’s a lived-in space where people just come to do their thing. We keep it simple and focus on the lessons. There is usually someone here from the morning until late at night. It is just how we like it.
