Nangal Raya is a crowded area in New Delhi, and there is always something happening on the street below. Our space is filled with electronic devices and all kinds of small components. It’s not a very big place, so we have to be very careful about how we stack things in the storage room. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything; we just tidy up ourselves before we leave for the day. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and metal shelves. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one with the address and our name. Most of our work involves checking the inventory and making sure the parts are ready for delivery. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but once you’re inside, you just get used to the sounds. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the day’s tasks. There is no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of people working together to get the orders out. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them eventually. It’s a real place with real people doing their best. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s home for us.
