If you know Karol Bagh, you know how busy Sri Kishan Das Road gets. Our office for Chatrath Securities Pvt Ltd is right there in Naiwala, at 1961 40. It’s a lively area, to say the least. There is always someone shouting or a scooter honking outside. Our space is tucked away inside the building, which helps us focus on the security side of things. It’s a bit of an older building, so you have to know where you’re going to find the right door. We have a few computers that are always running, and the desks are usually covered in notes and printouts. It’s not a "tech startup" look with beanbags and colorful walls; it’s a serious office where we handle people's business. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local tea sellers pretty well. The summer heat in Karol Bagh can be quite something, so we’re very grateful for the air conditioning, even if it makes a bit of a rattling noise sometimes. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people working in a busy market area, trying to stay on top of the paperwork and the market changes. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks without any unnecessary drama or fancy presentations.
