Our agency is located in the AC Market at Bhagirath Place, shop number 1572/14. If you have ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how intense it is. Bhagirath Place is the heart of the medical trade, and we are right in the middle of that chaos. The market is full of people rushing around with carts and boxes. Inside the AC market, it is a little bit cooler, which is a relief in the summer. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with medicine and medical supplies. There is barely enough room for us to sit behind the counter sometimes. We spend the whole day taking orders over the phone or helping the retailers who come in to stock their own pharmacies. It’s a fast-paced environment. You have to be quick to keep up with the demand. There is always a smell of cardboard and old paper in the air. We don't bother with fancy displays because everything we have is usually sold and moved out pretty fast. Lunch is often a quick bite between customers. We’ve been part of this market for a while, so we know most of the faces around here. It is a tough, busy way to work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people every single day.
