We are located right in the middle of the chaos and energy of Chandni Chowk. Specifically, Cavery Ortho Surgimedicals is on the first floor of Shiv Shanker Market, which is part of Bhagirath Palace. It’s near the Fountain and not far from Gurudara Shis Ganj. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a maze of narrow lanes and tall buildings filled with medical supplies. Our shop at 1933/105 is one of many, but we’ve been here long enough to know our neighbors well. Getting here can be an adventure because the streets are always full of rickshaws and people carrying boxes. We spend our days surrounded by inventory and talking to customers who come from all over the country to buy things in bulk. The walls are lined with boxes, and there isn't much space for anything other than work. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries or help people find what they need. It’s loud and dusty outside, but this market is the heart of the trade. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a practical space where we manage our stock and handle orders. Most of us have been working in Bhagirath Palace for years, so we’re used to the noise and the constant movement of the market every single day. We keep it simple and just do the work.
