Budding Architects

Budding Architects is our small firm located in Jawahar Nagar. We are at Nivedita Kunj, 48 Ua, on Bunglow Road. If you find the McDonalds there, we are just right behind it. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always a lot of energy and noise outside. Our office is a bit different from the street. It is filled with rolls of tracing paper, rulers, and a lot of half-finished drawings. We are not a massive company with hundreds of people. There are just a few of us who really enjoy the process of designing buildings. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main table talking through ideas and drawing things out by hand before they go onto the computer. We do not have a fancy lobby or a sign that lights up. The walls are a bit scuffed and the shelves are overflowing with books. We like it that way because it feels like a place where work actually happens. We do not try to sound like experts who know everything. We just take each project as it comes and try to figure out the best way to make it work. Most of our clients just hear about us from other people we have worked with. If you want to talk about a design, you can just come by and have a seat.
