Bharat Electronics Ltd Ghaziabad

Even though we are part of Bharat Electronics Ltd Ghaziabad, our actual day-to-day happens at House Number 44 in Vikash Enclave. We are located right off the Main Rohta Road in Meerut. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city center, but it’s a solid location once you get here. The area is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours. The building is just a regular house that we use for our office tasks. There’s no big shiny sign or a massive gate, just a plain door and a number 44 on the wall. We like that it’s a bit out of the way because it stays relatively quiet, except for the traffic noise from Rohta Road. Inside, things are pretty basic. We’ve got our desks and our equipment, and we just focus on the work at hand. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for the sake of meetings. We just talk to each other and get stuff done. Meerut has its own character, and being on this side of town means we avoid the worst of the inner-city congestion. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense setup. We show up, do what needs doing, and that’s about it. It’s just a group of us working out of a house in Vikash Enclave, keeping things moving along without any unnecessary drama or fuss.
