Mangal Market is a tight squeeze. You’ll find San Surgicals at 1664. It’s a small shop packed with surgical instruments and medical stuff. There isn't much room to move around once you get inside. Sometimes the power goes out, and we use torches to find what we need. We don't have a website with fancy graphics. We mostly just talk to people face to face. We know the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a community. If we don’t have something, we usually know who does. Our English isn't perfect, and our invoices are sometimes handwritten. That’s how we’ve always done it. We don't see the need for big corporate changes. We just sell surgical tools. Some are for big operations, some are for small clinics. People come to us because they know where we are. It’s a honest way to make a living. No need for anything more than that. We just open up the shop and see who comes through the door today. It keeps us busy enough. The smell of metal is always around.
