Bagga Gautam Roadways

Our office for Bagga Gautam Roadways is located at T/725 on Faiz Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a small space, but it’s right in the middle of all the chaos of the city. If you’ve been to Karol Bagh, you know there’s never a quiet moment with the horns and the people everywhere. We spend our days mostly on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure the trucks are where they are supposed to be. There’s a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, mostly logs and delivery receipts that need to be filed. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy furniture or decorations. We have some old chairs and a lot of maps. People come in and out all day, usually looking for someone to help them move goods from one side of the country to the other. Being on Faiz Road makes it easy for us to stay connected with the transport hub. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, but usually, we are busy from start to finish. We’ve been running things this way for years. It’s about knowing the routes and which roads are closed for repairs. My family has been involved in this for a while, and we just keep the tradition going at this Karol Bagh office. It’s hard work, and the phone never stops ringing, but it’s what we do for a living.
