We are located right in the thick of things at Naiwalan in Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know how this area gets, especially in the afternoons when the narrow lanes are packed with people looking for parts. We operate out of shop 1747/54 in the A2Z Accessories building. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. It’s just us, some shelves full of stock, and the usual noise from the street outside. Most days start with us clearing out the dust that settles overnight and checking what needs to go out. The heat in Karol Bagh can be quite something during June, so we usually have the fans running full blast. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big promises. We just handle the accessories and try to keep things moving. There is a lot of competition around here, every second shop is doing something similar, but we just focus on our own corner. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, but that is just part of living in this city. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. It is a practical life, mostly filled with checking invoices and talking to the regular mechanics who stop by. We don't have a big office or anything, just enough space to do the work and keep the inventory organized for whoever walks in to find what they need.
