Our business is split between two spots, one at 1/43 Old Rajender Nagar and the other at 1518-A in Kashmere Gate. If you’ve ever been to Kashmere Gate, you know it’s a maze of shops and people selling every part you could think of for a vehicle or a machine. It’s loud, dusty, and always busy. Our place there is packed to the rafters with auto and construction equipment parts. It’s the kind of shop where we know exactly where a specific bolt is even if it looks like a mess to anyone else. Over at Old Rajender Nagar, things are a bit different but still keep us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for something very specific for their tractors or cranes. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just rely on people knowing that we usually have what they need. Some days the traffic between the two locations makes it hard to get things moved around, but we manage somehow. The staff has been around long enough to recognize the regulars by their voices. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just supplying the parts that keep other people’s machines running. It’s basic, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much downtime in between. We’ve been at it for years.
