We are located at No. 1568 in the Surgical Market at Bhagirath Palace. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how incredibly busy and narrow the lanes can be. Our shop is near the Central Bank, which is the best way to find us in the maze of the market. It’s a historic area, and you can feel the age of the buildings all around you. The market is always buzzing with people looking for medical supplies, and there’s a constant sound of shouting and bells from the rickshaws. Inside our space, every inch of wall is covered with shelves. We have to use a tall ladder to reach the boxes at the very top. It’s a bit cramped, especially when more than two people are trying to look at the stock at the same time. The electricity in this part of town can be a bit temperamental, so we always keep a few torches handy. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face-to-face and right in the heart of the trade. We don't have any fancy carpets or soft lighting; it’s just bare bulbs and stacks of surgical goods. We’ve been part of this market for years, and while it’s exhausting to deal with the crowds every day, there’s an energy here that you just don't get in a modern office park.
