We are located at Plot No 41 in Niti Khand, Indirapuram. If you are looking for the office, just look for the Ringo Guest House; we are right opposite that. The place is usually buzzing with the sound of several phones ringing and people talking about different routes and travel schedules. We have a small desk where we keep the car keys and the logbooks for the drivers. There are some old maps pinned on the wall and a whiteboard where we scribble down messy notes about which vehicle is currently where. It is a practical setup, meant for getting people from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a few drivers come in at once to hand over their duty slips. We have a couple of wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait for their booking to be confirmed or for their car to arrive. Outside, there is usually one or two of our cars parked on the street if they aren't out on a long trip. Niti Khand is a busy area, so there is always something going on nearby with the local shops. We do not have a fancy lounge or free snacks for guests; it is just a place to get your travel sorted out. Most of the day is spent checking the weather or the traffic reports on the main highway. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone gets where they need to go.
