Amihart

Our place is tucked away in Gali No 14B over in Shidipura, right near the East Park Road area in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever walked through these narrow lanes, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. Amihart operates out of this small space, and mostly we’re just busy with the daily chores of running a shop. We deal with whatever items are in demand and try to keep the shelves from getting too dusty. It’s not a big showroom with lights and mirrors. It is more of a practical workspace where we spend our hours. Most of the time, the tea guy is coming in and out, and we’re chatting with the neighbors between tasks. We started this because we needed something to do, and it grew into this business over the years. We handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes we’re a bit slow on the phones if things get hectic, but we eventually get to everyone. The heat in Delhi can be tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay productive. It’s just us here, working through the inventory and making sure things are sorted. Karol Bagh is a tough place to navigate, but this is home for the business. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about getting the work done. Every day has its own set of little problems, but we just fix them and keep going.
