Our office is up on the ninth floor of Naurang House on Kasturba Gandhi Marg. It’s right in the middle of Connaught Place, which is always a bit chaotic but very central. If you look for the Surya Kiran Building, we are just near that. Abia Tours India has been operating from here for some time now. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at screens and booking tickets to notice. It’s a typical CP office space with high ceilings and old elevators that have their own personality. We handle a lot of travel stuff, from simple train tickets to bigger trips. It’s mostly just us sitting around a few desks with maps and itineraries spread out. The phones ring quite a bit, especially during the holiday seasons. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s more of a personal setup where we know our regular customers by name when they call. Sometimes people drop in just to ask about a flight or pick up their papers. Connaught Place is a great spot to be because everyone knows where it is, even if finding parking is a total nightmare. We just try to keep things organized and help people get where they want to go without too much fuss. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we enjoy the rhythm of the work here on the ninth floor.
