Sai Vandanam Associates

Sai Vandanam Associates is located over on R C Road, which is right near Beach Road in Kozhikode. We are quite close to Tagore Hall, a landmark that most people in this city know very well. Being so close to the beach is nice, even if we are usually stuck inside the office working on projects. You can sometimes catch a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, but mostly it’s just the usual Kozhikode humidity we’ve grown to expect. Our office is a simple one. We didn't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy rugs because we’d rather just have good tools and enough space to work. We spend our time on designs and consulting for various local projects. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking the building rules and making sure everything is done the right way. We don't have any big corporate goals or five-year plans. We just want to do a decent job so people don't have problems with their buildings later on down the line. It’s just a small group of us here. We’ve been in Kozhikode for a long time and we understand how things work locally. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or expensive suits. We’re more comfortable in a pair of sandals and a simple cotton shirt. Some days are a bit stressful when deadlines are closing in, but that’s just the way this job goes. We don't use any marketing tricks or fancy language here.
