PRIME VIEW DEVELOPERS

We have been operating out of the Kingsway Building for a good while now. Our office is Door No. 303, right on the busy Calicut Mavoor Road. If you know Kozhikode, you know how that road gets. It is always full of life and a bit of noise, which we have just grown used to over the years. We do development work, which basically means we spend our time looking at how to make the most of a piece of land or an old building. It is not always glamorous. A lot of the time, it is just us sitting around a table with a bunch of maps and some stale tea, trying to figure out why a certain pipe can't go where the drawing says it should. We are not a giant company with a bunch of fancy slogans. We are just local people who know the area well. The office is a bit crowded with folders and rolls of paper, but we know where everything is. We have seen this part of town change quite a bit. New shops come and go, but the Mavoor Road energy stays the same. When people stop by to ask about a project, we just tell them the truth about what it will cost and how long it will take. We don't see the point in making things sound better than they are. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving to different sites to see how things are coming along.
