It is a quiet residential street, so it doesn't feel like a big industrial company. We handle both infrastructure projects and agro work from this one spot. It might seem like a strange mix, but around here in the Buldhana district, you have to be ready to do a bit of everything. The office is basically part of the house, which makes for long days because the work is always right there. We spend half our time looking at construction plans and the other half worrying about crop cycles. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us since we opened up. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You usually just walk in and find someone working at a desk or out in the yard.
