Our company, Greensatpuda Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based in a place called Satner. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Bank of Maharashtra at Shop No 1. Umashankar Barpete is usually the one you will find around the office or out in the fields. We are basically a group of farmers from the Satpuda region who joined up to make things easier for ourselves. Farming is tough, especially with the prices of everything going up, so we handle our business as a collective. The shop is quite small, but it is enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and weather patterns because that is what matters most to us. Satner is a quiet place and we like that. It allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we just want to help the local farmers get a fair deal for their hard work. You might find us sitting outside the shop on a plastic chair just talking about the day. It is a very local setup, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We have been at this for a while and we plan to stay here, right next to the bank, doing our thing for the community. It is practical work and we just do our best to keep things moving.
