Santaji Convent

People usually find us easily enough on Santaji Nagar Road, right here in Ward No 5 of Mehkar. Santaji Convent has been a part of this Buldhana neighborhood for some time now, and it feels like we know almost everyone who walks through the gate. It is just a simple place where kids come to learn their basics. Sometimes the morning gets a bit loud when the buses arrive, but that is just part of the day. We have got our classrooms set up simply, and the teachers here really put in the effort, even when things get a bit hectic. The local families seem to like having a school right here in the ward so they don't have to send their little ones too far away. You will see us out there most mornings, making sure everyone gets inside okay. It is not some big, fancy institution with glass walls or anything like that. We are just a local school doing what we can with the space we have. The building itself is pretty straightforward, and we try to keep it tidy for the kids. Most of the staff live nearby, so it really feels like a neighborhood project more than a business. We mostly just focus on getting through the lessons and making sure the children are safe until their parents come to pick them up in the afternoon. It is quiet once the bell rings and everyone heads home, then we just get ready to do it all over again the next day.
