Square Developer

You’ll find Square Developer out at Plot No. 33 in Juna Sapada, Sakegaon. We are right near the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. We aren't building giant skyscrapers or anything like that. We mostly work on small residential plots and local housing projects. It’s a small team here. Most of our day is spent out on the sites checking on the progress of the walls or the plumbing. The office is often empty because we’re usually out in the dirt and sun. When we are in the office, we’re looking at blueprints and trying to figure out the budgets. Construction is a messy business, and there are always delays you don't expect. A truck breaks down or the rain starts and everything stops. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. We live and work in this area, so we know the ground well. We don't use big words or fancy brochures to get clients. People see the houses we’ve already worked on and they come talk to us. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes stressful when things go wrong, but it's what we know how to do. We just want to build things that stay standing and make the owners happy enough to recommend us to their friends. We just keep the tools ready and the trucks loaded for the next job on the list every morning.
