Mundhe Farmers Producer Company Limited is over in Buldana. We are at Plaskhed Chakka, which is part of Sindkhed Raja. You can find us at H. No. 9, where we do most of our planning for the season. It is a small place, and the roads can be a bit rough in the winter, but we like it here. We are just a group of farmers who decided to organize. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids. We do not have any fancy titles or big offices. It is just a table and some chairs in the front room of the house. We spend a lot of time thinking about the crops and the rain. In Buldana, you never know what the weather will do next. We share what we know and help each other when things get tough. Sometimes the harvest is great and everyone is happy, and other times it is a struggle to get by. We keep our paperwork in a metal box to keep it safe from the dust. It is a very simple operation. My cousin usually helps with the math because he is good at it and has the patience. We just want to make sure we can keep farming for a long time. It is not about being a big corporation. It is about the people in Plaskhed Chakka working together. We stay busy from morning until night, but that is just how life is.
