Our place is over in Bacchikhera, in the Anoopshahr area. We operate out of Govind Ram’s spot. It is a small village where everyone pretty much knows what everyone else is doing. We deal with organic products because it feels like the right choice for our families and our land. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We are just local people from the neighborhood. Most of our time is spent in the storage shed or out meeting other folks who have small plots of land nearby. The roads around Bacchikhera can get a bit messy when it rains, but we still get the work done. We aren’t trying to sell you a big dream or anything like that. We just sell what we grow and produce right here. It is hard work, and the summer sun can be really punishing. We drink plenty of water and just keep moving. Some days are better than others, and things don’t always go according to plan. We started small and we have stayed pretty small, which is fine with us. We know every person we work with and we know where every single bag of product comes from. It is just simple living and manual labor. We don’t use fancy business words, we just do the work. It is how things have always been done in our part of Anoopshahr.
