Highway Masala

If you’re driving from Greater Noida toward Agra, you’ll find us about 35 kilometers down on the left-hand side. We are located in village Jewar, right in the 203135 area. Highway Masala is just a local spot for people using that route. It’s not a big corporate franchise or anything like that. We’re just situated out here in Jewar, away from the main city buzz but right on the path of everyone traveling between Noida and Agra. The place is pretty simple. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a complicated menu. We just focus on the basics. Being 35 km out means we see a lot of people who are looking for a break from the highway. We spend our time managing the day-to-day stuff, like getting supplies and making sure the place is ready for the next group of travelers. It gets pretty busy on weekends when everyone is heading to see the Taj Mahal, but during the week, it’s a bit more relaxed. We don’t have a polished way of talking about ourselves. We’re just regular people working in a village kitchen on the side of a busy road. We do the work, look after the customers, and keep the place running as best as we can. It’s a straightforward life out here near the expressway.
