We are located in the Old Central Bank Building at Gopi Chowk. It’s an interesting place to work because the building has all these old architectural details from when it was a bank, though most of it is hidden behind shelves of chemical bottles now. Gopi Chowk is always crowded with people shopping and vendors selling snacks, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our doors. We handle chemical distribution, mostly for cleaning and industrial use. The floors are old tile, and they click when you walk across them in hard shoes. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything is stacked on metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have to navigate around the crates. There are three of us who run the daily operations. We know our customers by their first names because they’ve been buying from us for a decade or more. We don't bother with social media or big advertisements. Most of our business comes from people just walking in or calling because they know we are reliable. The light in the building is a bit dim, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We stay busy with the paperwork and the heavy lifting, and that’s enough for us.
