My business is located in Manamonda, right near the police station here in Dist Boudh. It’s a small place, and most people in the area know where to find me if they need something. I don’t have a big fancy company name with a lot of titles. It’s just me and a few helpers running things day to day. We focus on whatever orders come in, mostly related to local food and supply needs for the village. The building is just a single-story place with enough room for some storage and a small work area in the back. It can get pretty quiet around here, except for when the trucks come by to drop off materials or pick up the finished goods. I’ve lived in this district all my life, so I know how things work around here. We don’t have a website or any marketing stuff. Most of our business comes from people just walking in or calling me on my mobile phone. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the monsoon rain, which can slow things down, but we always find a way to catch up. I don't see the need for corporate talk or making big promises to people. I just try to do the job right and make sure folks get what they need. It’s just a local operation.
