White Spices And Foods Private Limited is based out of Javahar Society, which is right in the middle of Botad. Our spot is at number 9766, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We spend our time working with different spices and food items that come through the village area. Botad isn't the biggest place, so word travels fast if you are doing something. We try to keep things quiet and just get through the daily list of chores. The air around the society usually smells like whatever we are grinding or packing that afternoon. Sometimes it’s chili, sometimes it’s something else. It makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We have a few rooms where we keep the bags stacked up. It’s not a high-tech factory by any means. We do a lot of things by hand because that’s how we started out. The guys working here are all from the local neighborhood or nearby villages. We talk about the weather and the crops while we work. It’s a steady pace, nothing too fast but we don’t slack off either. If someone needs spices, they know where the Javahar Society is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us in Botad, trying to make a living with what we have. Most days we just hope the power stays on and the orders go out on time. We just take it one day at a time like everyone else around Botad.
