Gadhada Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

This company belongs to the farmers here in Gadhada. We are set up on Botad Road, specifically in the Sahjanand Park area. It’s a busy spot with all the tractors and trucks moving through. We operate out of a space handled by Laxmiben Shambhubhai Godhani. Agriculture is what everyone knows around here, and this company is our way of trying to manage things together. We spend our days talking about seeds, the weather, and what the prices are looking like in the market. It’s a lot of coordination. You’ll often find a group of us sitting around discussing the latest problems with the crops or how to get better equipment. Gadhada is a religious place, so we have a lot of visitors coming through, but we stay focused on the fields. The office is pretty simple—just some desks and chairs and lots of ledgers. It gets dusty because of the road, and there’s always someone coming in with news from the village. We aren't business experts from the city; we are people who have grown up with soil on our hands. We just want to make sure the producers here get a fair shake. It’s hard work, and the sun is unforgiving, but we have a good community here. We don't have a big marketing budget. Our focus is just on the farmers and the produce we handle every season. We try to help each other out as much as possible.
