We are based at Jodhadih More in Chas, which is in the Bokaro district of Jharkhand. It’s a busy intersection and there is always a lot of movement. We are an engineering firm, so our place is full of metal parts, tools, and heavy machinery. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s engineering for you. There is always the sound of someone grinding metal or moving things around. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the drawings. It gets pretty dusty with all the trucks driving by outside. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone in Chas knows where Jodhadih More is. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just do the work that comes in. Most of our guys have been living in Bokaro their whole lives. We understand how things work in this part of the country. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from other cities, which can be a bit of a pain. We just drink our chai and wait it out. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises; we just try to fix what’s broken or build what’s needed. The weather can be harsh, but the workshop stays busy. It’s a simple life of grease, steel, and hard work. We are just a local engineering shop doing our bit.
