Mandal Pan Dukan

This little shop has been a part of Saraidhela for a long time. We are right by the Kola-Kusma More, not too far from Singh Mansion. It's a small space, mostly just enough for the pan supplies and a few other small things people like to pick up on their way home. Most of the people who stop by are just passing through or live right here in Dhanbad. We open up early and stay open until the evening rush slows down. It can get dusty because of the road, but we keep the counter wiped down. There’s no big fancy sign, just the name Mandal Pan Dukan so people know who we are. It’s funny how many stories you hear just standing behind a counter all day. People stop for a minute, get what they need, and maybe talk about the weather or the traffic. We don't have a lot of room for storage, so we just get what we need every few days. Being near the more means there is always noise from the vehicles, but you get used to it after a while. It isn't a corporate business with rules and manuals. We just do things the way they’ve always been done around here. If you need something quick while you're near Singh Mansion, we are usually around. We just try to keep things simple and honest for everyone who walks up to the window to buy something.
