Bazia Innerbit Private Limited

Bazia Innerbit is located in Agardih, which is over in Bokaro. Our office is on the ground floor at number 181. It is a very normal residential area, not a dedicated business park. We like it that way because it feels more like home. We do technology work, specifically under the Innerbit name. Bokaro is famous for the steel plant, but we are doing something a bit different with software and digital services. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some good chairs, and our computers. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything like that. People who need us usually find us by word of mouth. We are a small team of local folks. We don't have a corporate dress code or fancy meetings. We just sit down and do the work that needs to be finished. Agardih is a decent place to be based because it is quiet enough to focus. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just a small business trying to provide for our families by doing what we know best, which is tech. It’s practical, it’s honest, and it’s a little bit messy sometimes, but that is just how real life is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the code and the data.
