Stanrose Industries

Stanrose Industries is based out in the Tarapur-Boisar MIDC area. We are at D-21/1. If you have ever been to this industrial zone, you know it is quite far out from the main city. The commute from Thane can be pretty long depending on the train and the rickshaw situation. It’s an industrial landscape out here, lots of big factories and smoke. Our place is more of a grit-and-grind type of shop. We have the machinery running for most of the daylight hours. It gets very hot in the summer, especially with the metal roofs. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or shavings from the production line. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of us just wear old clothes because things get dirty fast. There is a small office section where the paperwork happens, but it’s mostly about what’s going on in the factory area. We’ve had some of the same machines for years and they still run fine if you treat them right. The neighbors are all industrial units too, so it’s never quiet. We mostly just focus on finishing the batches on time and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. It’s hard work, but it is what we know how to do. The salt air from the coast nearby messes with the metal sometimes.
