Even though the company name mentions New Delhi, this specific office for Inpac Hotels & Resorts is actually operating out of Patna. We are located over in Chitragupta Nagar, specifically on Road No Cn 4 in the Kankarbagh area. Sri Shiv Shanker Jha is the person who looks after the operations here. It is more of an office setup than an actual resort, which sometimes surprises people who just see the name on the letterhead. We handle a lot of the back-end coordination and paperwork from this house in Patna 20. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays a bit quieter than the big market areas nearby. We have a few desks set up and some old filing cabinets for all the records that come through every week. It is not a high-rise corporate building, just a regular place on a normal street. We have been here for a good while and all the neighbors know us by now. Sometimes the mail gets a bit mixed up because the road numbers around here can be tricky, but we usually get it sorted out eventually. We spend most of our time on the phones or using the computers to deal with the hotels in other locations. It is a busy little office, but we still find time to sit and have lunch together.
