Pabhoi Greens Agro Industries Private Limited is where we work. We are located over at Diganta Borthakur’s place in Kochgaon, which is in Biswanath Chariali. This part of Assam is quite green, which is why the name fits us well I suppose. We don't really have a fancy shop front or a big glass building. It is just a regular house and a workspace where we handle the agro industry side of things. Being in Kochgaon means we are close to the land and the people who actually work it. We spend most of our time figuring out how to get things done without making too much of a fuss. Diganta is around most of the time if anyone needs to ask a question. We don't do much in the way of advertising because everybody around Biswanath Chariali knows where to find us if they need us. It’s just honest work. Some days are busier than others, especially when the season changes and there is more to do with the crops. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to run a decent business here in our own town. The weather in Assam can be unpredictable, but we are used to it by now. If you are looking for us, just ask around Kochgaon. We are just a group of people trying to make the most of what the land gives us here. That is pretty much all there is to it and we like it that way.
