Unitech Machines Limited

We've been at the Ntpc Sipat site in Bilaspur for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the power plant work. Unitech Machines Limited is what we call ourselves. The dust and the noise are just part of the day here. We spend most of our time looking at equipment and making sure things aren't breaking down. It gets pretty hot in Bilaspur, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early. There isn't much to say about us except that we show up every morning. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the machines. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical place where we keep our tools and paperwork. Sometimes the parts we need take a while to arrive, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Chhattisgarh. We know the roads around Sipat pretty well by now. If you came by, you’d probably see us in our work gear just trying to finish the day's tasks. There’s always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs checking on. It’s simple work, really, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us and the machines. We’ve stayed here because there’s always work to do at the plant and it keeps the lights on for everyone.
