We operate out of New Sarkanda in Bilaspur. Our office is near the Shiv Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s located in Ward No. 47. We are the local branch for L&T Case Equipment. It’s a straightforward operation here in Chhattisgarh. We deal with equipment and parts most of the day. The office is located at J.L. Gauraha’s place. It’s a very local feel, nothing like a big city corporate office. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and making sure the machinery is where it needs to be. The heat in Bilaspur can be pretty intense during the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. We have a small group of guys who have been here for years. We know the local roads and the local people quite well. It’s a practical business. We don’t have any big slogans or glossy brochures lying around the office. It’s just about getting the equipment out to the various sites. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork and logbooks, but we manage to keep it all sorted. If you are in the neighborhood near the temple, you can probably see us working. We just do our thing and stay busy. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the job and try to do it right every single day of the week.
