Our office is tucked away in Kaveri Vihar, specifically unit B-1004. Being near NTPC Jamnipali gives the area a specific kind of quiet, industrial feel that we’ve grown used to. It’s not like being in the center of a giant city, which is actually kind of nice for staying focused. Nabhya Software Solutions is a small operation. We don’t have a massive team or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace over the years. You’ll find computers set up in what used to be living areas, and we’ve got shelves full of old manuals. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed, though we still put in the hours. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad most days. We spend a lot of time on software projects, obviously. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we all have to take a forced break, which usually leads to us chatting about cricket or random news. It’s a very local vibe. We’ve been in Jamnipali for a while and we like the community here. The neighbors in Kaveri Vihar are used to seeing us by now. We aren't trying to be the next giant corporation; we just want to do decent work and keep things moving. There's usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area, and the smell of biscuits is common. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated, just like the way we try to keep our code and our files organized.
