Lic. We are located in Bilaspur. It is a pretty steady place to work and we have been here for a long time. People in the town know where to find us when they need to talk about their policies or pay their premiums. The office is usually busy in the mornings when everyone comes in at once. We have those old wooden desks and chairs that have been around forever. There is always a stack of forms on the counter because there is always something to fill out. We spend a lot of time explaining things to folks who walk in. It is not a high-tech place with flashing lights. We mostly use paper and pens, though we do have a couple of computers that get used for the main entries. The tea man comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We know most of our clients by their names because they have been coming to us for years. We aren't here to sell you anything you don't need. We just help you keep track of what you already have. It is a simple way of doing business that works for our town. If you need something, you just come in and sit down. We also have a few benches outside where people sit and wait if it gets too crowded inside. Most days are quiet enough.
