Computer Point

Computer Point is located in New Sarkanda, right near the SBI and the Modern Educational Institutes. Being beside the institutes means we get a lot of students coming in. They are usually in a hurry to get something printed or to have their laptops fixed before a big exam. It can get pretty frantic in the afternoons when classes let out. The shop is filled with the sound of printers running and people talking about their assignments. We also have the bank nearby, so we get some of their customers too. New Sarkanda is a developing area and it feels like there is always some construction or something new happening on the street. Our space is functional, with rows of paper and shelves of ink cartridges. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people if we can fix their device or if it's better to just get a new one. Sometimes the shop gets so full of students that there’s barely room to stand. We just keep working through the pile of repairs on the desk. It’s a busy environment but we like the energy that the students bring. We don't do much in the way of promotion. The word usually gets around among the teachers and the local residents. We’re just here to handle the tech side of things for the neighborhood.
