Juna Bilaspur has its own rhythm. Being across from Shyam Talkies means people know the spot. We spend the day checking teeth at Bhandari Dental Care. It’s a lot of sitting and leaning over. The equipment makes that buzzing noise. We know the neighbors. It’s just a dental practice. Juna Bilaspur is an older part of town. We are right opposite Shyam Talkies. You can still see people going for the shows sometimes. It’s a dental clinic, so we have the usual setup. Chairs, lights, and those little sinks. It’s been here for a good while. Bhandari is the name on the door and that’s what people call us. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby. It’s just a place where you come to get your teeth fixed. We have a lot of regulars from around the Juna Bilaspur area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We spend our days looking at X-rays and filling cavities. It’s a lot of manual work. The street outside is always noisy, but you get used to it. We have some old posters about brushing on the walls. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to do the work and go home at the end of the day. The tea man comes by at four, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. It is just a normal clinic.
