Aadarsh Spices

Aadarsh Spices is tucked away in Shop No.9 inside the Tifra Industrial Area in Bilaspur. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Dinesh General Store, which everyone in the area seems to know. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of trucks and machines nearby. Inside our shop, the smell of different spices is really strong. Some days it makes you sneeze, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time weighing out bags and sealing them up. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We are not some big factory; we just handle the spices here in our small unit. Bilaspur can get really hot, and the tin roof on the shop does not help much, so we keep the fans running all day long. People from the other shops in Tifra come by sometimes just to see what we have. We keep things pretty basic. No fancy branding or anything, just spices in plain bags. We get the shipments in, we process them, and we send them out. It is a repetitive job, but there is something nice about the rhythm of it. Dinesh from the store next door usually comes over for tea in the afternoon when things are quiet. It is a hardworking part of town and we fit right in with the rest of the industrial shops. We just focus on the spices and getting the bags filled.
