Our company is a bit out of the way, located at the 14 K. M. Stone in Village Raisar. It’s right on the N. H. 11 Bikaner- Jaipur Road. Being out here on the highway means we have a lot of space, which is good for Surbhi Sanitarywares Pvt. Ltd. because ceramic items take up a lot of room. We have big warehouses filled with toilets, washbasins, and all that kind of stuff. It’s a long drive for some of our workers, but we’ve made it our home. The wind blows pretty hard out here on the Bikaner-Jaipur road, and it can get quite dusty. We spend our days loading and unloading crates. It’s a lot of physical work, making sure nothing gets cracked or broken. We aren't really into fancy talk or big sales pitches. Most of our clients are distributors who have been working with us for years. We just focus on keeping the inventory full and making sure the trucks leave on time. Sometimes the logistics can be a headache, especially with the highway traffic, but we manage somehow. It’s a quiet life out in Village Raisar compared to the city. We just stay here, do our manufacturing and distribution, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a solid business and we are proud to be part of the local landscape out here. It is just us working hard on the highway.
