A. K. India Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 98 in the Industrial Area of Rani Bazar. This place is quite industrial, as the name suggests. There are lots of warehouses and workshops all around us. We have a decent-sized space where we keep all our ceramic items. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the dust that comes with ceramics and the general industrial environment, but it is our home base. We spend our days checking the stock and talking to customers who come by. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it is just the sound of the fans and the distant noise of the neighboring factories. We have been in Rani Bazar for a long time. The staff here has been together for years, so we all know what needs to be done without having to say much. We don't have a high-tech system; it’s mostly just ledgers and old-fashioned record-keeping that works for us. People who come to No. 98 know they are getting a straightforward deal. We don't put on any acts. We just show what’s available on the shelves. It’s a bit crowded in the aisles sometimes, but we manage to find what people are looking for eventually. That is how we operate A. K. India Ceramic Pvt. Ltd., and we’re fine with that. It is just a regular place with regular people working hard.
