Power Longi Mirch

Our place, Power Longi Mirch, is situated in the Rani Bazar Industrial Area, right behind the Power House. If you are around here, you can usually smell the spices in the air. We deal with chilies mostly, so it can get a bit spicy if you aren't used to it. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we process and pack things. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and being near the Power House makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a bit of a dusty road leading up to the gate, but that’s typical for Rani Bazar. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We have a few machines running and a small team of people who know how to handle the produce. It gets pretty busy during harvest times when loads of fresh chilies come in. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits around too long. It’s a noisy, active environment, especially when the grinders are going. We don't have a front desk or a fancy lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there working. It’s a local business through and through. We focus on getting the product right and making sure it goes out to the shops on time. It’s hard work, but we are used to the heat and the spice of the environment.
