Flavour Indian Spice

This is Flavour Indian Spice, located at Building Number 69 in Sadul Ganj. We are right in the heart of Bikaner, which is a place known for its food anyway. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just cooking the stuff we know. The building is an old one, but it works for what we need. Sadul Ganj is a busy part of town, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. We get a mix of people coming in, some just passing through Bikaner and some who live just down the street. It’s a small operation. My family and I handle most of the work ourselves. We don't have fancy menus or big signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by walking past Building 69. The spices we use are the same ones you’d find in any kitchen around here. We just try to keep things honest and the prices fair. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we enjoy being part of the community here. If you’re looking for us, just ask someone in Sadul Ganj. Most people know where the shop is. We don't spend money on ads, we just open the doors and hope people like the food. Sometimes we get a bit behind when it’s crowded, but we do our best. It's just a regular Bikaner kitchen at the end of the day.
