Manisha Industries

Our workshop is tucked away in Shiva Basti on Gharsisar Road. We are quite close to Adarsh Vidya Mandir School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing during their breaks. Manisha Industries is a practical place. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, and sometimes the rain makes it a mess, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly machines and materials. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lounge or anything. We have some stools and a table where we take our breaks. The lighting is okay, though we rely on the big doors being open for a lot of it. We work with our hands and stay busy with the orders that come in. Most of our neighbors are also working people, so there’s a sense of community on this street. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We just keep our tools sharp and our heads down. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take pride in just being a local industry that stays consistent. People know they can find us here from Monday to Saturday, usually until late. It's a decent life and we like the routine of it all.
