Ieh Foods Llp is based out of Jhanwaron Ka Chowk. It’s an old part of the area and we’ve been here for a bit now. Our address is linked to Shyam Sunder Jhanwar, which most locals around here know pretty well. Setting up a food business in a place like this means dealing with narrow lanes and a lot of history. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is more of a traditional setup where everyone knows each other’s names. We work as a limited liability partnership, which mostly just means a few of us handle the daily tasks together. The chowk is always noisy and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We handle various food supplies and keep our inventory moving as best as we can. It’s not always easy managing logistics in this part of town but we make it work. Some days are slower than others. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look perfect for visitors. We’re mostly focused on the actual work of moving food products. If you walk through Jhanwaron Ka Chowk, you’ll see us eventually. It’s a practical space for what we do. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we like being tucked away in this part of the city rather than in some sterile new building. I guess it just suits our style of doing things without being flashy at all.
