You can find us at number 337 in Bhangar Mohalla. We are right across from the government dispensary, so if you see people waiting for their checkups, you’re in the right place. It’s a neighborhood spot. We make chura, and the smell of the roasting grain usually drifts down the street in the afternoons. It’s a small industry, nothing like those big city plants you see on the news. We have old machines that need a bit of a kick sometimes to keep going properly. The space is tight, and we have to move bags around just to make room to walk through the hall. Our neighbors know us well, and sometimes they stop by just to say hello or ask about the day's work. We try to keep the noise down, but making chura is a loud business. There are only a handful of us working here. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the raw materials to loading the finished packs into the delivery vans. It’s dusty work and by the end of the shift, we’re all covered in a layer of it. We don't have a website or a big marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time. The building is old and the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but it's home to our business and we're used to its quirks.
