It’s a bit of a different setting compared to the big city offices in Noida or Ghaziabad. We operate out of a more rural area, which has its own rhythm. The address is linked to Girdhari Singh’s place. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s an OPC, so it’s a more personal operation. We deal with things as they come. Being in Nagina means we are away from the constant noise of the metro areas. It’s a bit more peaceful here, though the internet can be a struggle some days. We just make do with what we have. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass-and-steel office. We are just local people working on projects that matter to us. We’ve got our own way of doing things. It’s not corporate, and it’s certainly not polished. We just put in the hours and try to make something of the business.
